I am excited to announce that my personal trainer (and friend) and I have decided to combine forces to offer you discounted personal training sessions and/or personalized at home workouts.
Cory obtained his Masters’ Degree from Concordia University Chicago in 2015 in Applied Exercise Science. He is also holds two certifications: Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA as well as Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM. He has coached multiple track and field teams, designed strength training programs as well as trained individuals in speed and agility. During his college career he was on the Track and Field team as well as a Defensive Back on the football team – both for 4 years. He has been a personal trainer for a little under a year, however his clients (including me) have benefited greatly from his education and expertise. (I can bench over 100 lbs these days, just sayin’).
The REGULAR priced options are as follows:
$50/session – 1 session per week (one month = $200)
$45/session – 2 sessions per week (one month = $360)
$42.50/session – 3 or more sessions per week (one month = $510)

Cory is also offering personalized workout programs (for both in home or gym workouts) to interested individuals. After purchase, Cory will contact you to set up a time to speak, either in-person, virtually, or over the phone. You and Cory will go over your ultimate goals, how many days per week you plan on working out, what areas you want to improve on specifically on as well as proper forms of exercise. He will then write up a 4-week plan ($49) for you to follow and will be available for any questions or concerns you may have during that time.
