Yesterday was a good day. It was weigh in day, as you know.
I was finally back down to where I had been before all the weddings and parties, etc. AND IT FEELS GOOOOOOOOOD to be back on track!
We’re throwing a Packer Party this weekend and that’s what I’m most worried about. I’m going to Crossfit tomorrow and Saturday and will hopefully get some cardio in on Sunday as well.
Tomorrow is the Brewer Game and I’m packing my own food so hopefully I can snack healthy too!
Anyway, I’m about to finally watch “This Is Us” (and I’m SO EXCITED).
